1. All reservations, amendments and cancellations will only be
accepted in writing, via fax or E-mail. Quotations will be provided
on request for any services not specified in this price list. Such
quotations are subject to adjustment, if the services originally
quoted for are not available at the time of booking.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a confirmed reservation is cancelled, cancellation fees will be
levied as follows:
LOCAL TRANSFERS IN GAUTENG:
* more than 48 hours prior to commencement of services =
nil
* between 48 and 24 hours prior to commencement of services
= 25%
* less than 24 hours prior to commencement of services =
100%
LONG-DISTANCE TRANSFERS & LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
TOURS:
* more than 72 hours prior to commencement of services = nil
* between 72 and 24 hours prior to commencement of services =
75%
* less than 24 hours prior to commencement of services = 100%
OVERLAND TOURS:
* more than 14 days prior to commencement of services = nil
* between 14 and 5 days prior to commencement of services =
50%
* less than 5 days prior to commencement of services = 100%
COACH BOOKINGS:
* between 30 and 16 days prior to commencement of services =
25%
* between 15 and 8 days prior to commencement of
services = 50%
* 7 days or less prior to commencement of services = 100%
If a passenger fails to join a tour, or joins it after
departure, or leaves it prior to completion, no refund or rebate
will be made. No refunds will be made for any services booked in
advance but not utilised for any reason whatsoever.
3. CHILD POLICY:
Children 11 years and younger will be transported under the
following conditions:
TRANSFERS:
• children under 2 years - an infant car seat will be provided on
request at a fee of R 50.00 per day
• children 2 years and over are regarded as occupying a seat and
will pay the adult rate
TOURS:
• children under two years - an infant car seat will be provided
on request at a fee of R 50.00 per day
• children 2 to 11 years are regarded as occupying a seat and will
pay the adult rate for transport, but a 25% discount will apply to
the PER PERSON rate for entrance fees &
meals
4. Full payment is required in advance, prior to commencement of
services.
5. Wilro Tours and Transfers (Pty) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to
as "the operator") shall not be liable for any damage, loss, delay,
inconvenience or irregularity which may be occasioned either by
reason of any defect in any vehicle or article or through the acts
of omissions of any supplier, whether negligent or otherwise, nor
of any servant of such supplier. The operator accepts no liability
in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to person or property
arising out of any act, omission or negligence of the operator, the
supplier, the operator's or supplier's servants, save only in the
case of wilful negligence or a wilful act or omission.
6. The operator shall not be liable for any loss or expense
arising from the loss of property, cancellation or curtailment of
the tour however caused, except to the extent that such loss of
baggage, cancellation or curtailment was caused by the operator's
negligence. If sickness or accident interrupts a tour, the operator
shall not be liable for any cost or expense arising therefrom,
except where such sickness or accident was caused by the operator's
wilful act or gross negligence. The operator shall not be liable
for any refund, either total or partial, of passage money paid.
Wilro Tours and Transfers (Pty) Ltd. recommends that the client
advises their passengers to purchase appropriate insurance to
protect the passengers against such eventuality.
7. The operator reserves the right to alter routes and
itineraries for any reason it considers desirable and will inform
clients of any known changes before departure.
